Test We Conduct

Eddy Current Testing

Eddy Current Testing

This technique is used to detect subsurface weaknesses. It is done utilising a sophisticated four defect marking diagnosing system on the full length of the tubes in accordance with the E426 with hole or notch standard.

Mechanical Testing

Mechanical Testing

Mechanical testing implements ASTM standards and includes tensile testing, flaring, flanging, flattening, reverse bend lest, and other operations.

Hydro Test

Hydro Test

We perform 100% hydro testing on all pipes and tubes on a hydraulic test bench with a high-pressure pump. The tests are also completely compliant with ASTM A 249/ 13316 -1992 standards.

Air Under Water Test or Pneumatic Test

Air Under Water Test or Pneumatic Test

Even though this is an optional requirement, we nevertheless perform it on all of the tubes that we manufacture. We blow pressurised air into our items to verify there are no leaks or unfinished weldings.

Ultrasonic Testing

Ultrasonic Testing

We also provide off-line Ultrasonic Testing to our clients. We have an in-house four-probe water emulsion system with a microprocessor unit that detects uneven process flow for this purpose. In addition, the device can spray the detected regions to label them. To fully satisfy our clients, we can provide ferrite content measurement, microstructure analysis for grain size determination, and other such tests.

We perform comprehensive chemical testing of tubes and pipes in accordance with ASTM requirements using the most recent optical Emission Spectrometers.

Radiography Testing

Radiography Testing

We can offer our clients radiographic testing services with an X-Ray machinery that is only 5 kilometres away from our facility. 5 kilometres from the plant.

Corrosion Testing

Corrosion Testing

We conduct the IGS test in our NABL accredited laboratory or any other independent laboratory that is requested by our clients to determine the susceptibility of items to intergranular corrosion attack or to quantify the rate of corrosion.

Visual Inspection

Visual Inspection

Surface finish, dimension, edge testing, and length are all performed on 100% tubes. The ASTM straightness test verifies that the tubes are straight.
